Mississauga Students Launch Raptors Ticket Raffle to Support Local Food Banks
A group of Mississauga high school students is proving that age is no barrier to making a real impact.

Youth4Sauga, a student-run nonprofit made up of more than 60 local high school volunteers, has launched a charity raffle with 100% of proceeds going directly to support families in need through the Mississauga Food Bank and other local food banks.
What began as a small idea among students who wanted to make a meaningful impact in their own community has quickly grown into a city-wide initiative, complete with outreach teams, school partnerships and widespread community engagement.
Youth4Sauga says its mission is simple: to show that young people can actively step up and support real needs within their own neighborhoods.
With over 60 student volunteers involved, the organization has built momentum quickly, gaining attention beyond the city. The initiative was recently featured on CP24 and CTV News, helping amplify its message and expand its reach.
